Planning your event with Kairos Coffee Cart is simple and stress-free! Here's what to expect, from your initial inquiry to the big day:

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Planning your event with Kairos Coffee Cart is simple and stress-free! Here's what to expect, from your initial inquiry to the big day:

Step 2: Customization & Quote

We’ll collaborate with you to create the perfect drink menu for your event, including espresso classics, specialty lattes, and more. You’ll receive a personalized quote that incorporates any add-ons or special requests. If you’re interested in event branding, we can include it as part of a custom package for an additional charge.

Step 3: Booking Confirmation

To secure your date, we’ll send you an official invoice and require a 50% deposit. Once your deposit is received, your event will be officially booked! (For events scheduled within two weeks of the initial quote, full payment will be due at the time of booking.)

Step 4: Final Check-In

One week before your event, we’ll reach out to confirm the final details, such as setup location and event expectations. This is also the time to finalize your guest count or make any last-minute adjustments. The remaining balance will be due at this time.

Step 5: Event Day – Relax & Enjoy!

Our team will arrive about an hour before the event to set up and ensure everything is perfect. We’ll serve your guests exceptional drinks with friendly, professional service. Once the event is over, we’ll pack up and leave the space just as we found it—hassle-free and full of great memories. We can’t wait to be part of your special day!

Irina was amazing with her latte art—even though it got covered up with a lid, she still took the time to make every drink look great. Inna handled the orders smoothly and made sure everyone got what they needed. They even offered drink recommendations, which made it extra fun to try something new. Couldn’t have asked for a better coffee experience at our event—highly recommend!

Irina was amazing with her latte art—even though it got covered up with a lid, she still took the time to make every drink look great. Inna handled the orders smoothly and made sure everyone got what they needed. They even offered drink recommendations, which made it extra fun to try something new. Couldn’t have asked for a better coffee experience at our event—highly recommend!

What kind of coffee do you use?

We are partnered with a local roasters and are proud to offer a specialty blonde roast.

Do you have alternative milk options?
